Job Overview:

Simplia Prime AI+ is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Google Ads Account Moderator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Google Ads with a strong focus on moderating, monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting campaigns, and expertly managing and resolving account suspensions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our ad accounts operate seamlessly, comply with Google Ads policies, and achieve optimal performance while minimising the risk of account suspensions.

Additionally, candidates must have completed the necessary Google Ads training courses that contribute to Premier Partnership status, ensuring they are up to date with the latest best practices and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Ad Moderation:
• Review and approve ad creatives to ensure they comply with Google Ads policies and guidelines.
• Maintain strict adherence to Google’s advertising standards to prevent policy violations.
• Promptly identify, escalate, and address policy violations or ad disapprovals, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Account Suspension Management:
• Proactively monitor account health to detect early signs of potential suspensions.
• Lead the process of appealing and resolving account suspensions, including drafting appeal letters and communicating with Google support.
• Conduct root cause analysis to prevent future account suspensions and maintain compliance.

Performance Monitoring:
• Analyze key performance indicators such as CTR, conversion rates, CPC, and ROI.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns in real-time for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.

Reporting:
• Create comprehensive performance reports, highlighting key metrics and providing actionable insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring they are informed of campaign progress and optimizations.

Troubleshooting:
• Quickly identify and resolve problems related to campaign performance, ad disapprovals, and policy violations.
• Stay informed of the latest updates on the Google Ads platform and industry best practices.

Collaboration and Training:
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on Google Ads policies and best practices, including the necessary trainings for Premier Partnership compliance.

Requirements:

Experience:
• Minimum of 5+ years managing Google Ads campaigns with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated experience in handling and resolving Google Ads account suspensions.

Certification:
• Google Ads Certification is mandatory.
• Completion of the required Google Ads training for achieving Premier Partner status.

Skills:
• Strong understanding of Google Ads policies, keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance data to drive campaign improvements.
• Expertise in troubleshooting issues related to campaign performance and ad policies, including account suspensions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Additional Qualifications:
• Strong crisis management skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Proactive in anticipating potential issues and implementing strategies to prevent account suspensions.
• Technical proficiency with Google Ads tools and third-party platforms for managing and troubleshooting accounts.
