As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Talent Acquisition & Executive Search to drive the growth of our firm.
Position Overview:
The Manager of Talent Acquisition & Executive Search will be a key contributor to the continued expansion of East 57th Street Partners. This role will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition across our Office of the CFO and consulting services practice groups, as well as supporting our executive search services. The position is remote, but candidates must reside in the DFW, Austin, or Houston metro areas.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute recruitment strategies to support staffing for both internal consulting teams and executive search services.
• Allocate 50% of your time to internal hiring for consulting and Office of the CFO practices, and 50% to executive and direct hire searches for clients.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of top-tier talent, leveraging market research and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Partner closely with practice leaders to understand talent needs and offer strategic guidance on hiring initiatives.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Collaborate on improving recruitment processes to enhance candidate experiences and optimize recruitment outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within Big 4 accounting or top private equity firms.
• Proven experience in executive search, consulting, or direct hire recruitment.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools and software.
