Compensation:
πΈ Flexible comp package to suit you. Options include base up to $120k, commission starting at 50% and going up to 65%. (Will discuss in more detail on a call)

πΈ Team override bonuses (once consistent, this is averaged out and paid like a salary)
You will:
πΈ Receive industry leading training in retained search offerings. A Partner who joined as a 300k biller is now tracking at over $1.5M annuallyπ
πΉ Receive execution and recruitment support on your active roles allowing you to focus on client attraction and retention.
πΈ Be incentivised to build a team quickly.

Experience required:
πΈ 4+ years full desk/360 recruitment experience
πΉ 350k+ annual billings
πΈ Market experience: Construction (Commercial, Home Building, Civil, Heavy Industrial).
