About the role

The Head of Proposition, Partnerships & Marketing is a key leader in our Rewards business, reporting to the GM of Rewards. You will drive growth in our partner network and loyalty program membership.

You’ll also… deliver a strong partner value proposition and build lasting partnerships with top Australian brands. You will also be involved in developing and executing a creative marketing strategy to re-launch the program, scale the loyalty member base, and drive engagement.

The ideal candidate is strategic, innovative, and results-driven leader in Partnerships and Marketing, with a proven track record in successful B2C loyalty coalition programs.

You will :

Identify, negotiate, and successfully establish partnerships with our target partner including various leading Australian brands

Develop and deliver on a compelling partner value proposition, working closely with Product and Technology teams

Develop unique co-marketing strategies and initiatives with partners to drive customer engagement

Develop the overall marketing plan, ensuring alignment to wider business plans and objectives

Drive the development of the rewards brand, proposition, positioning and creative platform, working closely with agency partners to deliver impact in driving awareness and engagement

Manage the data and analytics team to ensure accurate data collection and comprehensive analysis

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead the Rewards strategy and business operations as the unit scales and requires:

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or related field, minimum 5 years in partnerships or business development, and 5 years in marketing leadership roles in a consumer-facing business

Experience in loyalty programs online retail, or other digital B2C environment

A track record of developing and executing successful marketing, product or business launches and partnership strategies

Strong commercial acumen coupled with a strong customer-focused mind-set

Strong data analytics capabilities and the ability to apply this in a marketing and partnerships context

A strong understanding of marketing technologies
