NCQA is hiring for an Assistant Director of Evaluation Product Delivery to lead and support delivery of specialized evaluation products for health care settings with a focus on behavioral health. This role works with staff across NCQA on new and revised evaluation product launches and successful ongoing product delivery and integration and will support customers in a variety of products focused on, but not limited to, health care organizations that provide and manage services for a diverse population.
With knowledge of the health care quality landscape, including health plans, physician practices, and a variety of other health care settings, as well as NCQA’s unique accreditation/certification process, this role works with staff across NCQA units on new and revised evaluation product launches and successful ongoing product delivery and integration.
Adept at managing people, projects, conducting complex evaluation reviews, and working with experts in the field, this leader conveys a depth of understanding, and an educational approach, regarding how standards and measures come to life in various healthcare settings and how organizations demonstrate compliance to standards and measures.
Responsibilities:
• Leadership and collaboration regarding successful delivery of various evaluation products focused on quality-focused care delivery services.
• Complete evaluations of service delivery programs and provide meaningful technical assistance to customers to support ongoing compliance with standards and measures and overall performance improvement through evaluation surveys.
• Supervise personnel involved in evaluation of service delivery programs.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in health administration, health information, nursing, social work or public health.
• 5+ years or management experience in a NCQA recognized clinical practice or similar setting.
• 5+ years of working knowledge of NCQA evaluation programs, processes, measures, and customers.
• Expertise in behavioral health.
Compensation & Benefits:
• For new hires, this position pays in the range of $100K – $130K per year, depending on experience.
• This position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, payable in accordance with policy.
