The Role

This is a perfect job for a sales pro with experience in TV or Radio Sales, wanting to dramatically expand the scope of their job. You will learn about all media channels, digital, traditional, streaming and everything data.

You will have the opportunity to own the sales function of the agency, including refining the sales strategy, pipeline management, as well as be involved in the planning and buying process.

You will use your extended network to open doors to clients who need help growing with efficient and… effective media campaigns. You will be an innovative sales thinker, with the ability to find warm pathways into clients in B2C categories such as retail, travel and financial services.

We also invest in our own B2B marketing activities to provide you with inbound leads.

A key weapon in your sales armoury will be AdMatch, our Streaming Optimisation platform.

AdMatch provides exact match ROAS for Streaming TV or Audio Ads.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:
• Achieve all sales KPI targets to the minimum agreed-to level
• Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and products/services.
• Efficiently manage lead generation to qualified pipeline
• Ensuring consistent accuracy of CRM and monthly business forecasting.
• Proactively seek out decision making contacts, generate activities, and prospect customers.
• Develop and maintain contact with clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and other effective means.
• Understand customer needs and provide detailed briefs to the Media team to prepare responses
• Prepare Integrated media proposals that effectively reach a prospect’s target audience efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare contracts for media services
• Close

Account Management & Investment:
• Work closely with the Head of Client Services and Investment with Media Planning and Buying
• Manage the client delivery of relevant creative assets for on time execution
• Ensure all relevant tracking and tagging is implemented and tested
• Work with the Media team to ensure successful campaign set-up execution
• Lead regular WIP meetings with new clients and the Media team to ensure ongoing performance and revenue growth.

The Ideal candidate
• Proven success (4+ years) in media sales
• Thorough understanding of advertiser’s business challenges and solutions within the marketing mix.
• Sound knowledge of market conditions and the media landscape
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive and creative in solving problems
• You connect with people of all types and backgrounds and quickly build relationships
• You have a high standard of work and take pride in being a consistent top performer
• Passionate – you genuinely love marketing and have a hunger to learn, develop and grow
• Organisation and Efficiency. You know how to prioritise work, stay organised and meet deadlines
