Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with client and leading publication houses, acting as the point person for campaigns
• Understand client business, requirement and market landscape to deliver strategic media approach and plans comprising of relevant offline and online channels
• To lead most of the client discussions. Fulfilling the timelines for submitting important projects and documents (media plan, reports etc.) is a must for this role.
• Implement campaign planning and execution strategies while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Provide consultative strategic direction to your accounts and identifying appropriate programs and services to meet client needs
• Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with management regarding account status, issues, and opportunities
• Mentor and foster team development
• Work with internal tools and staff to analyze campaign delivery and optimize performance on an ongoing basis quantitatively and qualitatively.
• Custodian of the media plan and post analysis
• Facilitate monthly invoicing process as needed
Qualifications
• Experience in client relationship management for all forms of media, post sales consulting and/or project management, ideally with 4 years + media experience.
• In depth understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Strong customer service outlook with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate needs to be able to quickly gain an in depth knowledge of customers’ needs, requirements, and organizational structures
• Strong business, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in B2B marketing, ABM or offline innovations preferred
• Proven capacity to utilize analytics to deliver successful campaigns
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills and ad industry measurement tools
• Professional maturity, integrity, discipline and a positive attitude
