• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by developing and executing social media strategies. Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and analyze performance metrics to refine our approach.
• SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation goals.
• Email Marketing: Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives. Prepare regular reports that provide insights into campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and overall marketing performance.
• Project Management: Lead and coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Use this information to inform marketing strategies and enhance our offerings.
• Customer Engagement: Foster a customer-centric approach by understanding and exceeding customer expectations. Engage with customers through various channels to gather feedback and improve our services.

Key Requirements:
• Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Experience: Varies from entry-level to senior-level positions. Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation is a plus.
• Personality Traits: Driven and motivated individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Soft Skills: Strong presentation skills, effective project management abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
