• Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns on Google Ads. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of pay-per-click (PPC) marketing strategies, keyword analysis, and campaign management to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for our clients or company.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management:

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.) to achieve business objectives.

Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify target audience opportunities.

Set up campaigns with proper ad groups, keywords, bidding strategies, and targeting parameters.

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Ad Copywriting & Optimization:

Write compelling and creative ad copy that aligns with the target audience and goals.

Continuously A/B test ad variations, including headlines, descriptions, and visuals, to improve performance.

Collaborate with design teams to create engaging display ads, video ads, and landing pages.
• Bud Management:

get Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign efficiency.

Adjust bids and budgets based on performance data, ensuring the best cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-conversion (CPA).
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Dashboard, and other reporting platforms to analyze campaign performance.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve business goals.
• Strategy Development:

Work with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, and social media) to integrate Google Ads campaigns into broader marketing strategies.

Identify new opportunities for campaign growth, such as audience segmentation, new keywords, or expansion into new advertising channels.

Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, tools, and industry best practices to continually improve campaigns.
• Client/Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI, providing insights into key metrics and goals.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience (3+ years) managing successful Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ads.
• Strong understanding of PPC concepts, including keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing.
• Experience with conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Editor and other ad management tools.
• Ability to manage large advertising budgets effectively, with a focus on driving high ROI.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present insights and recommendations.
• Google Ads certification is preferred.
