Key Responsibilities:
1_Developing Localized Marketing Strategies:
• Collaborate with Sales teams to understand their territories (industries, key accounts) and tailor marketing strategies that align with local sales goals.
• Analyze insights and data from territories to refine campaigns based on specific market needs.
2_Designing and Executing Integrated Marketing Programs:
• Create an integrated portfolio of marketing programs (events… digital campaigns, ad-hoc initiatives) to support sales prospecting and customer engagement efforts.
• Develop and implement multi-touch campaigns to accelerate the sales pipeline for specific industries and applications.
3_Collaborating with Local and Global Teams:
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (technical, sales, marketing) to create messaging and value propositions for each campaign.
• Identify and establish partnerships with key influencers in the ecosystem to support social selling and PR efforts, enhancing Veesion’s presence.
4_Managing Nurturing Campaigns and CRM:
• Lead nurturing campaigns via HubSpot, optimizing prospect and customer engagement by leveraging the content created by the Brand & Content team.
• Ensure messaging consistency across all channels and ensure campaigns effectively target the right audience.
5_Organizing Events and Webinars:
• Plan and execute events (both physical and digital) to boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Manage all event-related activities, from planning to post-event promotion, ensuring successful execution.
6_Creating Targeted Marketing Content:
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging and targeted content that supports lead generation and prospecting efforts.
• Produce customer use cases and testimonials: identify key clients, organize video shoots, coordinate with agencies, and promote these assets.
7_Monitoring Performance and Optimization:
• Analyze campaign and event performance, provide recommendations for improvement, and adjust tactics based on results.
• Manage budgeting, planning, and ensure deadlines are met for marketing activities across the market.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years in marketing, with hands-on experience in event planning, content localization, and lead generation.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to track KPIs and optimize performance.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
