What you’ll do:

Docusign is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing and Engagement Consultant to lead and

execute world-class customer marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for

developing and implementing strategic customer engagement programs that amplify Docusign’s

customers through their stories, reviews, and analyst, investor, and public relations opportunities

across key products and industries. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer

Success, and Sales teams to identify and cultivate customer champions, helping them share

their successes to drive business outcomes and brand awareness.

This role requires a strategic approach to building relationships with customers and internal

stakeholders, ensuring that advocacy efforts align with Docusign’s overall business and

marketing priorities.

This contractor role reports to the Director of Customer Marketing and Engagement.

Responsibility:
• Lead the strategy for growing online reviews, driving customer participation on
• third-party review sites to position Docusign above competitors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Corporate
• Communications to drive strategic alignment, amplify customer voices, and leverage
• customer marketing and engagement efforts for greater business impact.
• Source customer references for AR, IR, and PR requests from Corporate Communications
• Source customer references for sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with the
• strategic priorities of Docusign’s business units.
• Maintain accurate records in the Customer Advocacy Database, providing actionable
• insights that drive informed decision-making and accelerate customer marketing
• initiatives.
• Create and distribute customer story packages, including remote videos, written
• customer stories, sales slides, and anecdotes.
• Track, measure, and report on key metrics, adjusting strategies to continuously improve results

Job Designation:

This is a remote contractor role with flexible hours, typically ranging from 30-40 hours per week.

Basic:
• 12+ years of experience in marketing or customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively engage
• customers and secure their participation in customer marketing initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to follow up and track the success of customer engagement
• efforts, ensuring a high level of participation and impact
• Experience developing relationships with customers and internal teams

Preferred:
• P12roven experience in customer marketing and advocacy programs
• 1Expertise in customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce, and
• customer reference management tools
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across all
• levels of the organization

Compensation: $65-$75
