Job Title: Interim Marketing Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

Overview:
We are seeking an interim Marketing Manager to join our team on a short-term basis. You will take over ongoing marketing projects and serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the continuation of smooth operations during a period of transition at the company.
Who we are:
Tio is an exciting software business operating in the fire, security and building safety space. It offers a globally unique product – a digital logbook, digital asset register and digital visitor system which replace much of the outdated physical compliance paperwork required in over 3.5 million properties in the UK.
Key Interim Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Collaboration:
– Work closely with internal teams, especially the Head of Sales, to gather requirements and feedback.
– Address and implement feedback from various stakeholders efficiently.
Website Management:
– Oversee and complete the refresh / rebuild of new website with the existing outsourced team: a freelance designer and a WordPress development agency.
– Maintain and update the WordPress website (in collaboration with the agency on retainer) to ensure optimal performance and content relevance.
Email Marketing:
– Manage automated email flows using Klaviyo.
– Write and optimise any email campaigns for engagement and conversion rates.
Marketing Automation:
– Manage and enhance automations using Zapier.
– Learn and adopt tools such as HotJar, HubSpot, Zapier, Klaviyo, Userpilot, and Google Tag Manager.
Social Media:
– Day to day implementation of LinkedIn company page to promote new features, partnerships and sales initiatives.
General Content and Design:
– Represent and reflect Voice of Customer throughout
– Utilize general design and copywriting skills to support sales and development team.
Key Qualities:
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Experience in the SaaS industry.
– Proficient with WordPress, Elementor, Klaviyo, Zapier, and other martech tools.
– Strong understanding of marketing automation and email marketing.
– Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate between multiple parties.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Basic design and copywriting proficiency.
Ideal candidate:
– 3+ years’ experience with a mix of agency and in-house roles.
– Start-up experience is preferred.
Contract:
– £40,000 per annum.
– 6-month contract.
– Potential for full-time hire.
Please Note:
This role may also involve supporting our sister company, owned by the same founder, on similar marketing and sales activities such as: website, creating collateral for new products, managing outsourced freelancers and agencies.
