Position Overview

The Product Sales Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and ensuring that our sales team is equipped with the right materials and messaging to drive growth. This role involves working closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that clearly communicate the value of our products to clients and partners. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment between the product roadmap and sales initiatives, helping to position JointCommerce’s offerings in a way that resonates with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, working closely with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Create sales collateral including product one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and other resources to support the sales team in client engagements.
• Train and support the sales team, ensuring they have a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and positioning to effectively sell to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the product team to stay informed on upcoming features and releases, ensuring sales materials are always up to date and reflect the latest developments.
• Lead competitive analysis to position JointCommerce products effectively in the market, highlighting unique value propositions.
• Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns that support product launches and generate leads, and collaborate on digital marketing strategies that drive sales engagement.
• Measure and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to adjust strategies as necessary.
• Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with leadership and product teams, ensuring competitive and value-driven pricing models.
• Engage directly with clients as needed to communicate product value and close high-priority deals, especially during product launches.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain JointCommerce’s competitive edge in the market.

Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in sales marketing, product marketing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, with proven experience supporting sales teams with marketing collateral and resources.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex product features into client-friendly language.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies for digital products, ideally within e-commerce, ad tech, or similar industries.
• Proven ability to create impactful sales collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, and product-focused marketing materials.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate sales performance data and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally between product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
• Project management skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
