We are seeking a SVP of Marketing reporting directly into the Chief Strategy Officer and regional leader in North America, taking responsibility for marketing operations in the region, working closely with colleagues in sales, finance, and customer and driving our growth in this key geographic market. Ideagen operates a matrix structure and the dual-reporting framework leverages both functional and regional lines of authority.

This structure ensures Ideagen can effectively manage and execute marketing strategies that are both globally aligned and regionally customized, leveraging the strengths of both regional insights and functional expertise.

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Adapt global campaigns to regional markets, ensuring cultural and market relevance.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to support revenue goals.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and resources.
• Ensure regional adaptations and innovations are fed back to the global function.
• Coordinate with other regional functional heads for integrated campaign execution

Project Teams:
• Cross-functional teams for specific initiatives, ensuring that both regional and functional expertise are leveraged.
• Example: A product launch might involve the Regional SVP, regional product marketing lead, and global product marketing team.

• Experience with gegional revenue growth with clearly attributable and measured marketing impact
• Demonstrated strong ROI on regional marketing spend
• Examples of Market share increases within the region
• Success with Customer acquisition and improving retention rates
• Success of functional growth and go-to-market initiatives
• Prior Integration and effectiveness of functional contributions to regional campaigns
