Location: Remote (with periodic in-person meetings)

Reporting to: Director, Global Research Hub (R-Hub)

Salary: – INR 25,000 p.m. and up to 20% Performance based bonuses

Role Overview:

As the Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with creative agencies, and ensuring seamless communication with prospective students and parents who reach out through ad campaigns and website sign-ups. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through R-Hub’s offerings. In this interdisciplinary environment, you will also be expected to collaborate across teams and learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor outreach campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram).
• Client Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for potential students and parents, responding to inquiries from ad campaigns and website sign-ups.
• Marketing Collateral Coordination: Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with R-Hub’s objectives.
• Tracking & Reporting: Define KPIs, monitor performance, and generate insights for improvement.
• Creative Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between R-Hub and creative teams.
• Feedback & Strategy: Collect feedback and adapt campaigns for optimal results.
• Presenting to Leadership: Develop and present marketing plans and performance to the Director.
• Additional Responsibilities: Take on other tasks assigned by the Director, R-Hub, as needed.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Experience in designing and optimizing ad campaigns.
• Strong project management and reporting skills.

Academic Qualification:
• A bachelor’s degree Business Administration (BBA) with specialization in Marketing from a recognized university.
• Preferred: Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or equivalent practical experience.

Additional Qualifications and Experience:
• Work experience in customer acquisition and customer service
• Creativity, problem-solving, and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in an interdisciplinary team.
