Co-Founder/Vice President

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and entrepreneurial individual to take on the role of Co-Founder of a start-up Saas company with a best-in-class software solution that is already in the market.

As a Co-Founder, you would be responsible for marketing, driving the B2B sales, and assisting with the operations of the business and ensuring that it experiences sustained high growth. You will play a crucial role in the B2B sales operations of the company. This position requires a strong professional candidate with an exceptional eductional and experience background, strong business acumen, and an insatiable drive for success.

Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of marketing strategies and B2B sales operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages success and growth.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee digital marketing and social media campaigns and activities to drive the companies’ brand and presence.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise promptly.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a high-growth Saas and/or B2B sales environment.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and marketing principles.
• Excellent technical and digital marketing skills with the ability to create and manage effective sales funnels.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
