Position Overview: Based in our South Wimbledon office, the Export Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in growing and managing our export business. While this role will involve nurturing existing accounts across various… regions, there will be a strong focus on expanding our presence and driving new business growth in the USA market. Key Responsibilities: Lead the management and expansion of our current export accounts, with a specific focus on growing our business in the USA. Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities with retailers and online platforms in the USA and other international markets. Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and established customers, as well as our global sales representatives. Collaborate on crafting and implementing a tailored export sales strategy to maximize growth potential in the USA and other key markets. Represent Gift Republic at international industry trade shows, including those in the USA, showcasing our latest innovative products and engaging directly with clients. Conduct regular customer meetings to drive business growth and develop strategic relationships. Essential Attributes: A highly ambitious, extroverted personality with a natural ability to connect with new and existing clients. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, vital for daily interactions with colleagues and keeping key stakeholders informed on market insights and performance. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in export sales or a similar role within an international environment. Familiarity with the North American gift/novelty gift market is advantageous but not essential. Proven track record in export sales, business development, and managing accounts in international markets, with experience or a focus on the USA being a significant plus.
