We support Latino professionals and students throughout the U.S. As the Marketing & Community Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our engagement with members and program alumni. Your focus will be on ensuring that every member feels valued and supported through our content, campaigns, collaborations, and daily interactions.

Responsibilities
• Lead email communications to members and key stakeholders
• Curate and write content for up to two weekly blog posts
• Collaborate closely with the design team to create collateral for programs and events
• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to support program department goals
• Manage branding and updates for program collateral
• Develop a community engagement plan to foster member growth
• Organize and maintain membership databases for more efficient communication
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of posts and virtual events

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in community management, social media strategy, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to enhance community engagement is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems and/or HubSpot or willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 20%
