The PMS Product Director is responsible for managing the Property Management Systems (PMS) product portfolio for the group’s hotels. This role involves defining the product vision, strategic planning, and deploying PMS solutions tailored to the specific needs of each property, with the goal… of optimizing operations and enhancing the guest experience.

Your mission :
• Product Vision: Develop a long-term roadmap and define a clear strategy for the PMS portfolio.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team (product and tech).
• PMS Solution Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of the PMS according to hotel-specific requirements.
• Deployment: Manage the large-scale deployment of the solution, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Project Planning and Management: Create a detailed project plan, manage risks, and track progress.
• Vendor Relations: Work with the provider to ensure delivery and resolve technical issues.
• Training and Support: Coordinate training and provide operational support to hotel teams.
• Change Management: Ensure a smooth transition from old systems to the new PMS.
• Post-Deployment Monitoring: Analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Needs Analysis: Adapt the PMS to meet specific hotel needs.
• Continuous Optimization: Suggest post-deployment improvements to align with strategic goals.
• Budget Management: Oversee the budget and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications

And you?

With a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in Finance or Audit, including 2 years as a Director or VP. You have an excellent command of English.

Skills:
• Ability to coordinate complex projects and manage cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry’s key challenges.
• Proven experience in both hierarchical and functional management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and influence to guide key decision-making.
