Role Description
Syncell is seeking an innovative and results-driven Director of Marketing with deep expertise in the life sciences industry, specifically in proteomics and advanced research tools. The ideal candidate will lead marketing efforts aimed at driving growth in high-impact customer segments, focusing on ROI-driven strategies and measurable outcomes. This role involves overseeing global marketing operations, brand strategy, managing a multi-national team, and working closely with leadership across time zones to execute data-driven initiatives that support business growth.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in life sciences or biotech marketing, particularly in research tools, proteomics, or related fields.
• Proven experience with SEM/SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation in a technical or scientific field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience measuring marketing performance against KPIs such as ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Experience managing a marketing team across different countries and time zones.
• Experience managing trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Expertise in brand strategy and developing a strong, unified brand identity.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills, with experience translating complex scientific concepts into compelling marketing messages.
• Familiarity with key industry segments, including academic research, pharma, and biotech, with a focus on high-ROI market opportunities.
• Willingness to travel internationally, including to Taiwan, and work flexible hours to support global operations.
