The ideal candidate is a creative mind with skills and experience in planning and managing B2B Performance Marketing campaigns across the following channels: LinkedIn, Google Search, Google Display, and Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and is based in Berlin, Germany.
At Deep Blue Growth we are helping predominantly B2B companies to generate revenue, demand, leads and awareness from numerous channels like LinkedIn, Google Search, Google Display, Meta (Instagram & Facebook). We also produce and market podcasts for our clients and we execute webinars, email campaigns and more.
Responsibilities
• Plan marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Search, Google Display, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), this includes working with a designer to build creatives. Ideally you can build prototypes for ad assets by yourself.
• Review and optimize campaigns in order to achieve best practice CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS and report results
• Communicate and build relationships with clients in Germany and international
• Support on-site workshops, presentation or pitch meetings
• Coordinate other external and internal marketing activities
• You will be given as much responsibility as you can handle
Qualifications
• You know the difference between demand generation and lead generation
• Experience with attribution technology, KPI reporting and setup (Google Tag, LinkedIn insights tag, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Plus: Skills in video editing, design, graphics, podcast production, podcast post-production
• Plus plus: Fluent German skills
