Overview:

The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving customer engagement and repeat purchases through effective email and SMS campaigns. This role requires expertise in customer segmentation, campaign execution, and performance analysis to optimize marketing efforts and increase brand loyalty.

Position Description:
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute our email and SMS campaigns that drive repeat purchases and engagement
• Customer Segmentation: Use data to segment our customers for personalized, targeted campaigns and promotions
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze email and SMS performance, making adjustments to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
• Collaboration: Work with the creative, growth and eCommerce teams to ensure our retention efforts aligns with other marketing activities
• Content Creation: Work with the designs team and build compelling email and SMS templates that align with our brand and convert
• Automation: Implement and optimise retention flows for customer activation, abandoned carts, post-purchase upsell, cross-sells etc
• Compliance: Keep our marketing activities compliant with all relevant regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
• Reporting: Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign and flow performance to optimise our marketing effectiveness and brand loyalty

Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably for an eCommerce brand
• Proficiency with platforms like Klaviyo, Postscript, Amped and strong analytical skills
• Experience creating engaging copy and content for different customer segments for repeat purchase
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You’re have a high attention to detail, organized and can juggle multiple projects
