Adobe Learning Management System

We are looking for professional working experience to develop the integration between SFDC, Adobe Learning Management System, Adobe Sign and other systems. The Upstream administrator who will work on the ALM system integrations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct IT assessments for learning technologies, ensuring alignment with Business Unit requirements and IT validation protocols.

Perform development of ALM (Adobe Learning Manager) and EDUCARE system integrations.

Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new feature releases and bug fixes.

Conduct ALM release testing, document results, and manage updates in Jira and Confluence.

Provide guidance and support to Business Units on ALM configurations and feature implementations.

Share expertise on learning technologies and promote reporting adoption across teams.

Lead the implementation of an escalation support system for EDUCARE to ensure effective issue resolution.
