Ultrasound Clinical Applications Specialist – British Columbia/Saskatchewan
Note: This position is open to candidates who currently reside in the greater Vancouver, British Columbia area as this would be a central location relative to the territory’s business.

This position is responsible for understanding and addressing the clinical needs of customers within an assigned territory. The Clinical Specialists partner with Territory Managers to demo Fujifilm Sonosite products and ensure ongoing positive customer experience. After the sale, this role owns client relationships and works to encourage customer adoption and use of Fujifilm Sonosite products.
Essential Job Functions:
• Partner with Territory Manager in assigned territory to understand prospect’s clinical needs, demonstrate Fujifilm Sonosite’s products.
• Responsible for implementing Fujifilm Sonosite product at customer site and training customer on how to use new products.
• Own post-sales activities in the field, such as encouraging customer product adoption and addressing any customer issues, to ensure ongoing positive customer experience.
• Support Territory Manager counterpart by maintaining Fujifilm Sonosite presence and relationships at installed base client sites.
• Work to convey overall value of Fujifilm Sonosite products for users and other stakeholders within customer site.
• Identify potential for upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing customers and bring opportunity to the attention of Territory Manager.
• Provide Clinical / Technical / Educational support to new and existing customers as needed.
• Provide support to other areas of the company as needed.
Knowledge/Experience:
• Completion of a minimum 3-year program in diagnostic medical sonography or ultrasound technology; or complete a 2–3-year program in a related allied health field and a one-year post-diploma program in diagnostic medical sonography from an accredited institution.
• CMRTO Registration
• Minimum 2 years related work experience, operating ultrasound equipment in a clinical (hospital, lab, clinic) setting.
• CARDUP or ARDMS certification in Abdomen & Ob/Gyn (CRGS, CRS, RDMS)
• CRCS OR CRVS desired.
• Proficiency in English.
• MS Office software including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ultrasound teaching experience preferred.
• Commercial applications experience a preferred.

• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to travel 30-50% or more of the time.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
