About the Role:

We are looking for a CRM Specialist Intern to assist us in building and refining our CRM software. As an analyst, you will collaborate with our development team and contribute your knowledge of CRM systems to help design and develop a highly efficient, user-friendly platform. This is an excellent opportunity to influence a product from the ground up while gaining hands-on experience in software development.

What You Will Do:
• Analyze CRM Systems: Bring your expertise in CRM platforms to assess, design, and recommend features that will enhance our CRM software.
• Collaborate: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure the CRM system meets business needs and industry standards.
• Contribute to UI/UX: Help in designing an intuitive… user-friendly interface based on CRM best practices.
• Data Management: Provide insights on data structures, customer journeys, and reporting functionalities.
• Optimize Workflows: Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize CRM functionalities.
• Test & Evaluate: Assist in testing CRM features and providing feedback for improvements.
