As a Software Sales Engineer at Skyhigh Security, you will play a critical role in partnership with sales account managers to create solution architectures and proposals that meet or exceed customer requirements. Responsibilities
• Own the solution sales activities to gain technical wins and customer trust
• Participate in solution-led sales calls and prospect visits
• Gather requirements and develop use cases based on client needs
• Provide exemplary technical expertise during product and solution demonstrations
• Create unsolicited solution proposals that exceed customer requirements
• Lead the proof of concept from engagement to completion
• Act as a Technical Account Manager, building relationships and managing customer issues
• Mentor SEs and provide feedback to product teams
• Support customer beta activities and early adopter programs
Qualifications
• 3+ years of proven cybersecurity experience
• Technical specialist in relevant technologies
• Industry certifications related to cloud and security preferred (e.g., CISSP, AWS, Azure, GCP, CISM)
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not explicitly stated)
