HILTON MUNICH CITY, a business hotel in a prime location, is seeking a Commercial Director (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for executing and evaluating plans to increase sales, revenue, reservations, and marketing efforts for groups and events. As the team leader of a commercial team of 16, you will collaborate with various departments to achieve optimal targets and maintain close relationships with regional and global support structures.

• Execute and evaluate sales and marketing plans
• Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to assess market conditions

• Train team members on selling strategies and revenue management
• Prepare and analyze reports on business progress and opportunities
• Manage and develop the Commercial team

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a similar role within a commercial team or sales function
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators

Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
