Job Summary

Join us as the Director of Product Marketing for Mortgage, where you’ll lead transformative initiatives to elevate MeridianLink’s presence in the mortgage sector. In this dynamic role, you will drive awareness, foster a positive brand narrative, and create compelling educational materials that resonate with our target audiences. Your mission will be to identify market fit for our innovative mortgage and data verification products, articulating our unique value propositions with clarity and impact.

You’ll develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that not only shorten the sales cycle but also effectively highlight MeridianLink’s differentiation in a competitive landscape. As a key communicator, you’ll craft internal and external messaging that captivates stakeholders and drives engagement. With your strategic insight, you’ll shape our go-to-market strategies, ensuring that our product innovations reach their full potential and achieve significant market penetration.

Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee product marketing and go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate effectively with branding, strategy, customer marketing, communications, and content teams to enhance the impact of product innovations, launches, and market penetration efforts.
• Maintain a compelling and consistent market voice that resonates across all communications.
• Develop and implement messaging strategies that engage both potential and existing customers, as well as lower-level employees.
• Cultivate subject matter expertise in the competitive landscape, value propositioning, and industry trends to support sales teams, channel partners, and the broader organization.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and other key stakeholders to refine product messaging and positioning for maximum impact.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, particularly in mortgage-related roles.
• Proven track record as a career-level professional in mortgage product marketing.
• Deep expertise and proficiency in the mortgage industry.
• Strong ability to manage and mentor first-level managers and/or supervisors.
• Responsible for hiring, performance evaluations, and salary reviews for team members.

Salary range of $138,400 – $195,400. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
