Field Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a driven Field Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to lead and execute a variety of marketing activities across the DACH and Eastern Europe regions. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in driving regional brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business development efforts. This person will execute marketing activities in DACH and Eastern Europe, including trade shows, events, webinars, digital ads, email marketing, and social media posts.

Your Responsibilities
• Execute global & field marketing campaigns and tactical plan aimed at creating new business opportunities
• Manage local events, tradeshows & webinars execution, including pre-event promotions (email, social), design/creatives production, logistical preparations & post-event follow-up, and reporting
• Amplify organic social media presence (LinkedIn) in the region and ccordinate with media and industry partnerships for demand generation
• Work closely with Sales, BD teams, global marketing colleagues, cross-functional teams, partners, and external vendors to ensure effective lead generation and campaign success
• Distribute marketing collaterals to BD & Sales teams; coordinate customer reference programs for PR and reviews
• Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
• Conduct marketing research, monitor regional marketing performance, and support operational tasks (e.g., payments, supplier sourcing)

This is a permanent fulltime position to be based ideally in the Freiburg or Frankfurt region.

Your Profile

You are a motivated and dynamic marketer looking to develop your career in a fast-paced environment. With a passion for B2B marketing, particularly in the software sector, you thrive in team settings and have a proactive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration is preferred, or relevant experience
• 1-3 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, software sector
• Solid communication & writing skills and a team player with a can-do attitude
• Knowledge of marketing automation technologies & CRM a plus (Hubspot, Salesforce,etc.)
• Solid computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Track record of managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
• Experience and knowledge in digital marketing tactics & execution is a plus
• Has a strong passion for a career in marketing
• Fluent in German and English, additional languages are beneficial
