Qualifications
• 10+ years of management experience in a similar role
• Proven experience as a hotel general manager or operations director

• Experience in budget management, revenue proposals, and results forecasting in hotels of similar scale
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of the hotel and service industry

Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field
