The Manager Sales Support GCM at Hilton is responsible for developing the strategy and leading project management for events across the Asia Pacific sales teams. Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of customer-facing events, the Manager will ensure alignment with global customer engagement objectives and oversee the Sales Support team.

Responsibilities
• Develop the APAC Special Events annual plan and lead stakeholder calls.
• Create agendas and presentation decks and lead meetings.
• Manage logistic planning for events including venue sourcing and vendor management.
• Track event funding, expenditures, and reconciliation of billing.
• Guide creative direction for event branding and maintain vendor relationships.
• Plan site visits and travel for event preparations.
• Support the Sales Support Strategy for APAC and conduct performance reviews.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years in hospitality or related fields.
• Supervisory or project leadership experience.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Some proficiency in Salesforce and event management systems.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required; knowledge of Japanese/Korean is a plus.
Education Requirements
• BA or equivalent work experience preferred.
