Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Learn & Recruitment Management Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in India. This role involves supporting the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Learn and Recruitment modules, ensuring seamless integration between the technical and functional aspects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both technical configurations and functional business processes in Oracle HCM, specifically in the areas of learning and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Learn and Recruitment Management modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into system configurations.
• Customize and configure Oracle HCM Learn and Recruitment modules to meet client-specific business needs.
• Provide end-user support and training on Oracle Learn and Recruitment functionalities.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and ensure seamless integration with other Oracle HCM modules.
• Work closely with technical teams to develop reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity and security protocols across the modules.
• Continuously improve system processes, identifying areas for enhancements and automation.
• Perform system testing, including preparation of test plans, scripts, and execution of tests.

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in Oracle Learn and Recruitment Management as a techno-functional consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM cloud modules, particularly Learn and Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM architecture, data models, and workflows.
• Ability to configure and customize Oracle modules based on business requirements.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Good communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams.
• Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools and data integration.
• Oracle certifications related to Learn and Recruitment modules are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in system integration and data migration projects.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced offshore environment.
