This volunteer role would function well with a commitment of 2-4 hours per week. If multiple candidates volunteer, responsibilities can be divided accordingly.

Role Summary

The ADHD Foundation Australia is looking for a dedicated and skilled SEO Specialist to join our team a volunteer. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of SEO in the charity and NFP space and a passion for making a positive impact on the those who are living with or supporting those who are living with the impacts of ADHD.

You will have a deep understanding of SEO in the charity space and a passion for making positive impacts that support the overall vision of the ADHD Foundation Australia. As a leader in the SEO space, you will have responsibility for optimizing our online presence, managing our google tags, google AdWords and google grants in an innovative way in order to positively drive visibility forward.

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for optimizing our online presence, managing Google Tags, Google AdWords, and Google Grants, and supporting our mission to provide exceptional support and services to the ADHD community.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the ADHD Foundation Australia’s website.

· Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and growth.

· Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, to enhance search engine visibility.

· Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic.

· Utilize Google Tags and Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content marketing strategies that align with SEO goals.

· Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

· Stay up-to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in the charity sector.

Assist in managing and optimizing Google Grants to ensure compliance and maximize the benefits for the ADHD Foundation Australia.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in SEO, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.

Experience with Google AdWords and Google Grants management.

Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and its implementation.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Passion for working in a community-focused and run charity.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
