As a Product Manager / Client Partner at Utilidex, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients and our product development teams. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, identifying pain points, and translating these insights into actionable product requirements. You will collaborate closely with UX team members and service design leads to ensure our solutions deliver exceptional value and user experience.
Responsibilities:
Client Partnership:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for product-related communications.
• Understand client business goals and align our product offerings to meet their needs.
Requirements Gathering:
• Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their pain points, challenges, and requirements.
• Document detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaboration with UX Team:
• Work closely with UX designers to ensure user interfaces meet client needs and provide an exceptional user experience.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
Coordination with Service Design Leads:
• Collaborate with service design leads who handle the technical aspects of design.
• Ensure technical solutions align with client requirements and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination:
• Facilitate effective communication between clients, UX designers, service design leads, and development teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of product features.
Product Roadmap Contribution:
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap based on client feedback and market trends.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on client value and business impact.
Documentation and Communication:
• Prepare comprehensive documentation to guide development teams.
• Present findings and updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Client Partner.
• Proven experience in client management and partnership roles in SaaS based businesses.
Skills:
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable product features.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and experience working with UX teams.
Industry Knowledge:
• Understanding of the energy industry, including market dynamics and customer needs
• Experience with digital SaaS products and cloud-based solutions.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
