Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner to act as a key intermediary between the business and technical teams. In this role, you will work closely with IT project teams and business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into actionable plans. You will be responsible for driving product development, ensuring that deliverables meet business needs, and maintaining ongoing relationships with business partners.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment. SAFe Certification or experience is strongly preferred!

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business partners to develop a product roadmap and drive feature delivery.
• Work within Agile frameworks, continuously refining priorities and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop and manage user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Act as the first point of contact for project intake, ensuring alignment between business process changes and technical feasibility.
• Partner with technical teams and architecture to determine platform fit and drive a consolidated user experience across platforms, including Salesforce Cloud.
• Manage and prioritize the development team’s backlog, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Support development teams by removing roadblocks and ensuring smooth delivery of products.
• Participate in design reviews, walkthroughs, and testing cycles to validate proposed solutions.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of assigned business processes, workflows, and systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to drive satisfaction and ensure IT deliverables meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive Business Analyst/Product Owner experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC with experience in specifying, building, and testing mission-critical business applications.
• Proven ability to partner across platforms and work within cloud environments (Salesforce Sales Cloud experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and backlog management.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to understand and document business processes and workflows.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction.
• 100+ Trailhead Badges (preferred).
