We are seeking a dynamic and results‐oriented Sales Manager to drive our business development efforts throughout the above mentioned regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business with new customers and developing new opportunities with existing accounts. This role demands a proactive approach to sales, strong relatonship‐building skills, and a deep understanding of the crushing, screening and pelletizing systems and solutions offered by Haver & Boecker Niagara.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Identify and target new business opportunities within the market.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Proactively seek out new customers and build long‐lasting relationships.
Account Management:
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with key accounts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales actvities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management
Das bringen Sie mit:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the relevant industry.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the mining, aggregate, or industrial minerals industries.
• Strong understanding of primary crushing plant systems and associated equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout France, Benelux and North Africa to meet with customers and attend industry events
• The job is in Colombes at HAVER FRANCE.
• Languages: French native language, very good English, German would be an advantage.
• Permanent contract.
