Job Overview

Duties
• Engage with clients to understand their software requirements and business objectives.
• Provide tailored software recommendations and solutions that align with client needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and business development.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
• Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.

Skills
• Proven experience in technology sales, preferably within the software industry.
• Strong inside sales skills with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building.
• Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus for engaging diverse client bases.
• Ability to conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships and sales processes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
