As a Lead Product Manager, You Will
• Drive Strategy and Execution: Lead the strategy, development, and execution of our Accounts Payable product, ensuring alignment with our overarching product vision and business goals.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful features that meet customer needs.
• Harness the Power of Data: Define and track key performance metrics and success criteria, using data to make informed decisions that propel our product forward.
• Create Delightful Experiences: Partner with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences that delight our customers and drive adoption and retention.
• Champion the Customer: Advocate for our customers’ needs throughout the product development process, ensuring we always keep their best interests at heart.

We’d Love To Chat If You Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Around 6-8 years of product management experience
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B products
• Experience building customer facing products for small, medium, or mid-sized market companies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product management.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.
• Passion for innovation, with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically about product opportunities and challenges.
• Prior experience in the financial technology (FinTech) industry is a plus.

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. The estimated salary ranges noted below roles in the specific geographic zones

Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle

$167,300—$200,700 USD

Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area), Austin TX, Massachusetts

$150,500—$180,600 USD

Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX (office), Florida, North Carolina

$142,200—$170,600 USD
