In this role, you will reach out to the customers of Canada’s largest telecommunications company to ensure they are getting the best value for all their products and services. This is the ideal position for anyone who is results driven, passionate about technology and wants to talk about it!
What we have to offer:
• Salary of $21/hour*, including a guaranteed premium – based on your performance, you could earn more thanks to our performance-based incentive plan!
• After seven months: $18.20/hour – as an example, the average total compensation of our agents 6 months after training is $22.50 (all bonuses included);
• Significant monthly incentive bonus based on performance;
• Fully paid training and coaching program;
• Work from the comfort of your own home (equipment provided);
• Full benefits package after six months, including: comprehensive insurance (medical, dental and life); enhanced RRSP participation; preferential pricing on insurance; discounts on telecommunications products and services.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to Bell customers to upsell and add-on products and services that fit with the customers’ needs.
• Promote complementary solutions for residential and mobility products and services (Home phone, Internet, TV and Mobility).
• Contribute to the team’s success in a spirit of healthy competition and over-achievement.
• Take inbound calls as a contingency when needed.
Qualifications:
• Available to work full-time in the following time slots:
• Tuesday to Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST;
• Saturday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm EST.
• Reside within 100 km of the Nordia centre in Toronto;
• High-speed Internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space;
• Completed high school diploma or equivalent;
• Experience working in a sales position at a call center (6 months +), ideally in a role where you have done outbound sales;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to multi-task in a computerized environment;
• Sales mindset: you can build rapport quickly, negotiate effectively and persevere when facing objections.
