We are looking for a Developer Support Engineer for one of our clients, a forward-thinking tech company with a global reach. In this role, you’ll provide essential technical support to external developers on the platform, including guiding them through tools, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring they have the resources to build high-quality applications. As a key member of the engineering operations team, you’ll maintain software integrity, address technical problems, and enhance user experience. This client-facing role involves daily interactions with developers and users via various communication channels and close collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of training or formal education in software engineering. A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
• At least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience, especially in developer support or application development.
• Basic understanding of blockchain technology, with a strong desire to deepen your knowledge.
• Demonstrated proficiency in coding or a proven ability to adapt and master new technologies quickly
• A collaborative team player with a strong problem-solving approach and a proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve developer inquiries by identifying root causes, offering initial troubleshooting, and guiding them to a solution.
• Provide hands-on support to developers in integrating and debugging APIs and SDKs.
• Write and execute code/scripts to reproduce and diagnose issues related to APIs and SDKs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to document, report, and track bugs, providing feedback and solutions.
• Create and update technical documentation to enhance developers’ understanding and ease of access to resources.
• Lead initiatives such as hackathons and incubators aimed at engaging the developer community.
• Assess community-developed apps and offer constructive feedback on technical aspects and user experience.
• Produce technical content that caters to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Act as a professional representative, engaging with the developer community through calls, emails, and other platforms.
