Key Responsibilities
· Design Leadership:
o Minimum 10 years of proven MS Dynamics Online/365 Solution design experience (functional/technical).
o Work closely with developers and Solution architects to produce most viable technical design and implement design specifications.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
o Consulting experience to brainstorm and challenge requirements with business stakeholders/ Functional consultants to come up with most logical and effective design that meets project expectations.
o Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
o Translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
o Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines.
o Ensure adherence to best practices in technical, solution, user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
o Oversee the design and development team and provide mentorship and guidance.
· Development Leadership:
o System Performance and Stability: Take charge of maintaining and optimizing the technical health and stability of the D365 system.
o Feature Development: Lead the technical implementation of new functionalities, including PCF control changes and C# code development, to expand platform capabilities.
o Customization Optimization: Streamline and simplify existing customizations while adhering to Microsoft’s development standards to ensure scalability and maintainability.
o Issue Resolution and Support: Provide expert-level support for application development, diagnosing and resolving system issues to improve stability and user experience.
o Integration Management: Build, extend, oversee, and optimize integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and third-party systems to facilitate seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Lead Designer or a similar role.
· Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
· Knowledge of Dynamics CRM configuration and customization.
· Extending Dynamics CRM Online/365 with plugins and complex workflows, custom apis, pcf controls, typescript, and custom actions.
· Experience in use of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Data flows, Data Migration and Data fixes.
· String knowledge and understanding of automating CRM Deployments using ADO pipelines.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Experience with agile development methodologies.
Desired Skills
· Insurance domain experience is highly desirable.
· Power platform technologies (Power BI, Canvas app and Power automate)
