Skills
• Solid and demonstrable project management experience, preferably in mortgage or financial services
• Working knowledge of bank accounting (ledger posting, journal adjustments, reconciliations) for lending products
• Ability to evaluate current processes, run gap analyses, and document business requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Project, VISIO, Adobe Acrobat Professional
• Strong problem-solving abilities using basic root cause analysis
Responsibilities
• Manage large, multi-faceted projects or multiple projects simultaneously
• Drive end results and maintain clear communication regarding project milestones and status updates
• Assess project risks and identify potential problems before they occur
• Foster good working relationships among project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/University degree; Master’s degree preferred
• Relevant and recent professional experience
