As a Senior Customer Services Specialist, you will report to the Regional Customer Service Manager and collaborate closely with TBS regional and centralized teams to manage OTB operations and address regional business needs. This role requires expertise in the FMCG sector, particularly for domestic markets, along with a comprehensive understanding of export operations, including documentation, logistics, and supply chain management. As the primary point of contact for escalations, you will ensure the smooth execution of OTB operations and day-to-day business activities, driving efficiency and resolving issues promptly.

Skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably JDE) and Microsoft applications
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a bonus
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

Responsibilities
• Support regional team on management and production of all aspects of Export
• Handle export documentation and collaborate with service providers
• Ensure services are provided within agreed SLAs/KPIs
• Support CRM processes with centralized team on customer claims/queries
• Act as a key contact point for internal stakeholders on all OTB operations

Qualifications
• Proven experience in managing Key Accounts
• Strong background in FMCG Supply Chain/Logistics, preferably in the wine or consumer packaged goods industry
• Previous experience in a shared service environment is preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
