The Opportunity:

In the role of Senior Media Trader, you will spearhead the strategic planning and forecasting for allocated accounts, ensuring seamless campaign execution across assigned teams. Your expertise will be pivotal in actively optimizing campaigns. Your role will extend beyond day-to-day operations, as you craft insightful POVs about industry trends and expertly apply them to campaign strategies. You will also possess the proficiency to be client facing when needed.

Location:

Brkthru operates as a fully remote company with occasional mandatory travel for training and offsites, provided with advance notice. We uphold the expectation that all team members maintain a dedicated and reliable workspace, free from distractions, to ensure optimal productivity.

• Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a resource for other Traders on DSPs and Troubleshooting
• Execute platform assignments with focus on internal and external KPIs, platform best practices and vertical restrictions.
• Demonstrate expertise in optimizing across all tactics while offering mentorship to others, monitoring team campaign performance and sharing learnings with the larger team to inform best practices
• Routinely utilize partnerships and private marketplace deals to identify creative opportunities for reducing fees
• Proactively participate in strategy and forecasting for allocated accounts and prospective new business
• Apply macro-level industry trends to campaigns
• Write POVs about hot-button issues, trends and serve as a subject matter expert who can be client facing as needed.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of marketing campaigns within designated purview
• Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies to meet established goals and objectives, while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implement necessary adjustments
• Connect insights beyond the numbers, translating industry trends into client speak. Move beyond reporting numbers to weaving together an accurate story from the data.

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 year’s experience in programmatic media is required
• Curiosity
• Experience buying and managing OTT or CTV campaigns
• Proven ability to work independently and multi-task: Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work
• Ability to work within a team, prioritizing and organizing multiple assignments for both self and support
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Willingness to go above and beyond specific requirements and desire to exceed expectations
• Experience using the following platforms: The TradeDesk, Google Analytics, Facebook, DV360, Campaign Manager, Simpli.fi, Twitter, Beeswax, Linkedin, Amazon, Snapchat, or TikTok.
