Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients across Europe.
• Identify and attract new clients in the construction industry.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals and presentations for clients.
• Analyze the market and competitive environment to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
• Higher education in engineering, business, or management.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, electrical, or metallurgical sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher); knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
• Readiness to learn and adapt to new challenges and industry developments.
