BUSINESS ANALYST,SENSORS GLOBAL SALES OPERATIONS- REMOTE

Job Overview:

The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting a variety of reporting, analytical, system, and CRM activities within the Sensors Global Sales Operations department.

KEY Responsibilities:
• Support a variety of CRM initiatives including opportunity within the Sensors instance of Sales Force.Com (SFDC)
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
• Provide detailed analysis for Sensor Key Performance Indicators, proactively identifying root causes of KPI changes
• Assist with SFDC opportunity pipeline reviews as it relates to meeting preparation, tracking of performance vs. goals and follow-up on critical actions
• Solve ad-hoc requirements for reporting of sales, orders, margin, forecasts and backlog as requested by colleagues in Sales, Product Management, Finance and other functional areas within TESS
• Design and maintain dashboards for Sales, Product management, and Executive Leadership
• Provide training and support for reporting and business intelligence tools.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Finance
• Employment Experience: 1-3 years
• Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office
• CRM knowledge or experience helpful
• Ability to translate business questions to analytical solutions and insights
• Knowledge of data visualization principles is a must
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Diligent and meets critical deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $78,200- $ 117,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
