Location: Remote-based, ideally within 90 minutes of Cambridge (for occasional in-person meetings)

Salary: Dependent on experience (£27,000 – £34,000 p.a)

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our Group’s digital footprint, support internal and external stakeholders in developing their personal brands, and boost engagement across our businesses. Creativity and strategic thinking are at the core of our culture, making this an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking marketer who thrives on working with others and delivering tangible results.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will help shape and execute social media campaigns that engage both B2B and B2C audiences and drive measurable business growth. You will also support the creation of high-quality digital assets, including email templates, branded social media content and short-form video that maintain a consistent visual identity across the Group.

The role requires someone comfortable working with modern marketing technologies, including AI-powered tools, to enhance productivity, improve content quality and stay ahead of evolving digital marketing trends. You will also play a role in identifying and developing opportunities to expand the Group’s presence across emerging and relevant digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
• Shape and implement creative strategies for various social channels.
• Plan, post, and engage with audiences through posts, stories, reels and short-form video that showcase Garrington’s property expertise.
• Track analytics and optimise content performance to achieve marketing objectives.
• Improve brand visibility by adapting content to social media platform algorithms and evolving best practices.
• Support the growth of the Group’s digital footprint by exploring and developing new and emerging digital channels where appropriate.

Content Creation & Digital Assets
• Create high-quality digital content, including graphics, short-form video and social media templates that align with the Group’s brand standards.
• Design and build email marketing templates to support campaigns, newsletters and stakeholder communications.
• Develop reusable corporate social media templates to ensure consistency across brands and contributors.

Stakeholder & Brand Support
• Support internal teams and external stakeholders in developing and strengthening their professional brands online.
• Guide social media best practice, content positioning and tone of voice.
• Collaborate with colleagues and local search consultants (Regional Partners) to amplify brand presence and promote expertise within the property sector.

Community Engagement
• Foster a strong online community by interacting with followers and building relationships with industry contacts and Garrington’s local search consultants (Regional Partners).
• Create a positive brand experience to increase reach and awareness of the business.
• Actively monitor social conversations to identify trends, respond to feedback and leverage opportunities for engagement that align with marketing objectives.

Innovation & Technology
• Utilise AI and digital marketing tools to improve efficiency, enhance content creation and support campaign performance.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, marketing platforms and social media developments to ensure the Group remains competitive and innovative.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a marketing role with proven success managing social media platforms (particularly Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube).

Skills:
• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and analytics.
• Strong content creation skills, including design, short-form video and digital asset development.
• Experience designing branded templates for email marketing and social media.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut (or similar platforms) for creating and editing digital marketing assets.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and digital platforms that support content creation and campaign optimisation.

Attributes: Proactive and creative mindset, strong people skills, highly organised, detail orientated and a collaborative team player. A willingness to learn, adapt and develop skills as the market and new opportunities arise.

Location: While this is a remote role, you should be within one 90 minutes of Cambridge for occasional in-person meetings.
