Liaison Creative + Marketing is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to support Emerging Company Services, focusing on partnering with entrepreneurial start-ups. The role involves auditing marketing strategies, designing operational frameworks, and providing strategic advisory to leadership while navigating organizational changes.

Responsibilities
• Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of 180+ annual events to validate ROI or recommend a complete strategic pivot toward broader market opportunities
• Design and implement end-to-end operational frameworks including intake systems, review cycles, and pipeline management
• Determine the optimal marketing mix and resource allocation to ensure high-impact delivery for a specialized practice
• Navigate a major organizational re-org while building flexible systems that can evolve as broader corporate guidelines are finalized
• Act as a consultant to leadership by providing data-backed recommendations on market positioning and communication strategies
• Bridge the gap between business needs and standard enterprise marketing processes to ensure all new systems are scalable

Skills
• 7+ years of experience in a large enterprise level global marketing department developing global marketing and event strategies
• You are energized by chaos and can build structured systems even when the surrounding organizational guidelines are still shifting
• You have a proven track record of moving beyond doing to advising and can identify when a traditional strategy is no longer effective
• You understand the nuances of marketing high-value consulting or financial services where the sales cycle is complex
• Experience in startup or emerging company environments is highly valued because you understand how to reach audiences outside of traditional corporate norms
• You can point to specific instances where you took a fragmented, tactical process and transformed it into a streamlined operation
• Microsoft Office Suite
