Part-Time Administrative & Client Support Assistant

Overview
SmartPro Financial is a growing financial services organization that supports advisors and clients with insurance planning and financial strategies. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative & Client Support Assistant to help manage client communications and support our insurance application process.

This role focuses on client follow-ups, sending insurance quotes, and assisting with new client intake to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both advisors and clients.

Responsibilities
• Send weekly reminder follow-ups to clients regarding insurance applications, approved policies, and quote reminders via email and messaging systems.
• Prepare and send Term Life and Long-Term Care insurance quotes to prospective clients using provided systems and templates.
• Send templated client communications and maintain organized records of correspondence.
• Assist with new client intake, including reviewing intake forms and helping route clients to the appropriate advisor.
• Communicate with advisors to gather information needed to prepare client quotes.
• Maintain organized digital records of client and advisor communications and quotes generated.
• Send weekly advisor notifications regarding payments or application updates.
• Assist with managing recurring administrative tasks within internal workflow systems.
• Coordinate with the advisor team to ensure timely and professional client service.
