As a coach, connector, and job-placement catalyst, LiftHER delivers tailored career coaching and networking support, going beyond guidance by actively referring participants to opportunities and introducing them to LiftHERs—an exclusive network of vetted professionals ready to share insights and support.
About the Grad2Hire Program
Grad2Hire is LiftHER’s exclusive career readiness + fellowship program for recent grads.
It begins with a 6-week virtual professional bootcamp designed to build career management skills, personal branding, and industry awareness. This experience is capped off with our signature Mock Interview Festival and RiskReady Capstone where students get to apply the skills they’ve learned, earning a chance to present to industry leaders.
Afterward, participants are referred for full-time roles or a paid Fellowship lasting up to 6 months in Risk Management and Insurance. Through it all, we help you gain critical skills and resume-boosting experience to launch your career with confidence!

Career Readiness Bootcamp: June 1, 2026 – July 10, 2026 (all sessions are virtual and will take place in the evening).
